Based in the west of Ireland, I have a vast interest in the challenging wild brown trout in our fantastic loughs and rivers. I am a keen competition fly angler having represented Ireland on 11 occasions. In 2026 I will be representing Ireland in the rivers international in Scotland. Some of my other recent achievements include two time Thomastown pairs champion, all Ireland Tafi river champion, two time TAFI Connaught cup winner and rivers international top angler and team gold 2025.
