Over the last thirty years I have fished Bass along the Wexford and Waterford coast. During this time, I have learned that the most important aspect of Bass fishing is watercraft: the ability to read conditions, the state of tide, weather and wind direction, moon phase, and time of day. Over these years I have built an in-depth knowledge of the coastline. The real art of Bass fishing is not catching the fish it is finding them.

At Copper Coast Guiding we will build your trip around your needs. Both day and night fishing are available as are both half and full days fishing. The most important thing about your fishing trip is that you enjoy yourself, fishing is meant to be fun and relaxing. At Copper Coast Guiding I aim is to provide a professional service that doesn’t take itself too seriously and provides a fun day on the water.

My track record in Bass fishing speaks for itself, I catch plenty of fish, however I remain humble because there is always more to learn. There are enough experts in this world so ill just stick to my little corner of the Bass fishing world and keep doing what I do.

Alongside of guiding I also offer tuition to people who are just getting started in the sport teaching water craft, equipment and technique.
